About
Joseph Wilkinson is a composer and music producer based in Brighton, UK. His compositions are a blend of intimate acoustic recordings, orchestral textures, and experimental sound design.
Upcoming short film work includes Spiders directed by Ben Cook – a short documentary following a group of women on the front lines of the war in Ukraine, and drama short Maybe Today Maybe Tomorrow, Maybe Never, starring Jack Parry-Jones and Annes Elwy, directed by Jamie Jones.
Other credits include scoring the long form audiobooks for Audible The Little Mermaid and Mermaid School, and the award winning animated short Matilda & the Brave Escape, for Surge media.
Joseph has written extensively for advertising, with campaigns for Nike, Apple, Squarespace, Adidas and Bowers & Wilkins, to name a few.
Awards include Golds for original music at the British Arrows, Cannes Lions, and a D&AD yellow pencil.
